Ratings and reviews

You aren't able to see the balance from loans. You have to personally keep track instead of being able to see the deductions from entire loan as with other financial institutions. Also, not beinng able to pay more on your loans is a problem. The contact support doesn't allow you to create a fresh issue. The app is always sticking. Each time you have to send money to an acct outside of Sagicor, you have to constinously enter in thr bank details.

Need to be able to access account from multiple electronic devices!! This should have been anticipated. Update: Am being told that access on only one device is a security feature!!!!! Many of us have multiple devices. I access all my other bank accounts on multiple devices.

Hmmm..So I decided to open my account. Downloaded the app followed the prompts and when I tried to upload a bill as proof of address the app decided to malfunction and took me back to the very beginning. Where it says"become a member". Not happy one bit.
