I can remember being able to use this app a few months ago. Today I went to Spencer's to get my free shirt. The app wouldn't open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It just says "Invalid Grant. Username or Password is incorrect" and the screen goes white. I thought it might have had to do with the service or wifi, but even hours later in my house with good wi-fi it is not working. Incredibly frustrating

I got this a little bit ago. It worked the first couple of days but now anytime i try to open it i get an error for a wrong username or password and the screen turns white then nothing happens. Ive tried to delete and put the app back on, ive tried to update it, as well as waiting for 10 minutes for the app to load however nothing happens. I was super excited for the app also, i hope they fix it soon.

Interface is... Less than pleasing to look at. Personally I'd prefer a dark mode but thats not the reason for this rating. I'm Canadian, and every time I've gone into a Spencer's lately they've been telling me to get this app for rewards. I tried to log in, it asked for my phone number and a password I'd never gotten to make? Had to make a new account and none of my rewards were there. Can't put in a Canadian address DESPITE stores obviously being asked to push this app to CAN customers. Dumb
