With the TUI travel app you have your own holiday expert. Browse our full collection of hotels and flights using our travel planner which includes loads of destination information. Stay on top of your trip with a vacation countdown, resort weather forecasts and a flight tracker. You also have access to our full range of TUI Experiences: from island hopping days to walking tours through ancient cities.

Browse through our holiday offer
Our list of destinations ranges from Greece to Grenada and from Ibiza to Iceland. Moreover, we have a huge collection of hotels. Firstly there are TUI BLUE Adults Only hotels – these hotels are for adults only and designed for relaxation. And then there are our Sensatori by TUI BLUE resorts, which are extremely luxurious. In addition, expect a wide range of family-friendly facilities in the hotels within our TUI BLUE collection.

Add your booking
Adding your booking to the TUI travel app is simple: make sure you have your booking reference number, the lead passenger's surname and your departure date to hand.

Countdown to the holidays
Count down the days until your trip with the holiday countdown – or share it on your social media. And you also have a handy weather forecast function.

Holiday extras
You can upgrade your flight in the TUI app with Premium Seating and Select Your Seat. Or make it extra special and pre-order champagne and chocolates.

Checklist before traveling
Make sure you're ready to go with our travel checklist - from adding passenger details to booking an airport lounge. Moreover, a handy packing list ensures that you don't leave anything behind.

Digital boarding passes
After you've checked in, download your boarding passes and save them to your phone. They are available on most of our flights. Or check out our onboard food and drink menu before you depart.

Contact our 24/7 team
The TUI Experience Center can always be reached via the chat function of the app. The team is available around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Book TUI Experiences
You can easily book the TUI Experiences via the app from the palm of your hand - all trips available to you are loaded into the app. Select your TUI Experience from the list of available dates and times and consult all necessary information. Once you have confirmed and paid for your trip, your tickets will be displayed in the app and also emailed to you.

Transfer information
Once you have landed at your destination, it is possible to track your bus and find out where it is parked. And when it's time to return to the Netherlands, you will receive a message with all the details of your return transfer.

Most of our holidays are available in the app, but there are some cases where you won't be able to add your booking, these are:
- Winter sports holidays
- Composite trips
- Travel around
- Cruises

Ratings and reviews

Contains a lot of useful things, but fails to deliver due to bad development and Tui having exceptionally bad service. A few highlights: - boarding passes can be downloaded and used offline, but this takes multiple tries, and then they are not accepted. - Contact with Tui people works similarly as over phone; slow and intermittent. - app crashes all the time or is stuck in 'loading'.

I like the concept of an app that has a detailed trip overview and allows you to communicate with Tui. Unfortunately they also use this app to spam you with discounts for trips. They even abuse tje push notifications for their ads. This should be considered ad-ware. Also it requires an enormous amount of privileges that don't make sense with the functionality. The interface is intuitive but unfortunately terribly slow. Up to 20 to 30 seconds to load a very basic page

English language support is missing.
