Ratings and reviews

Nothing wrong with the app or the drivers. My big complaint is the fees. At certain times their fees for customers have gone sky high. Higher than Grab rides now. It makes sense to me that Grab usually is highest fares followed by Gojek, due to their commission scheme. But Tada used to be the cheapest. Now its more expensive than the rest (??!!) I don't get it.

Tada was ok untill the map or gps have problem! Driver always go to wrong location to pick up where they follow the wrong gps signal/location. This cause me late for my journey as have to wait for the driver to come to e correct location. This happened already alot of time. Emailed tada but no response. Please work on the gps map! Not fair if we to be charged if we provide the correct address but driver waited at wrong location! Additional 1 star due to a better prices than other 2 companies.

Because get TADA voucher from AXS. I try TADA APP two times and final payment price for both ride were increased. 1. Mismatch between taxi and private car: For some reason I booked a taxi with a displayed price of $12.3, but a private car arrived. The driver explained that TADA had not updated his car type to private car. 2. Price discrepancy for order TAXI ride: The fare was displayed to be $12.3, but the driver requested $15.2 in cash. 3. I booked a private car with a displayed price of $13.3
