Ratings and reviews

Always either no rider or cancelled by Grab, and cancelled by rider. Always the same reason, rider was system select or scam order. I was promised to get a cancellation refund, but i only got 1 (one) refund so far out of so many cancelled orders after we have prepared and ready everything in time. So frustating.

Cannot rearrange the product items. It says saved changes but it hasn't changed anything yet. I tried to show my item on the top of the list. but it doesn't work. I contact to the Grab service which is located in Thailand (Phuket). Oh, man..their customer service is totally suck. Lazy, not responding, very difficult to communicate if you're a foreigner.

No access to live agent. Applying for a new branch via email sucks as it will be ongoing for weeks, and there will always be another requirements. Grab team doesn't check thoroughly the documents submitted.
