Ratings and reviews

This app includes so much more ads than on tv or the app on tv, and it's the exact same ads every single time. Buggy, if u switch over to another app while watching eg: to answer a message or quickly browse something, the show doesn't resume, then you have to watch ALL the ads TOGETHER. so if you're in the last segment of a show, imagine how many ads you have to watch just to get back where your are. Search function doesn't work well either. They won't let you stream on their site. Horrible

Doesn't stream on chromecast properly screen freezes when watching anything on main channel 9. All other channels work fine live. "Contact us" doesn't work either without messy logins and popups and is very confusing for the disabled to access. Content is very conservative and "beige". Lots of repetitious and tedious ads more like water torture for your ears. The screen gets stuck a lot and buffers for ages. Ads cut in and out at random as well as when scheduled. I gave up in frustration.

Lovely most of the time, but occasionally freezes up for hours, so we switch between the app and DTV when one or the other is playing up. I miss analog tv. At least we could still get a sound if the picture went 🙄😅 Currently not allowing us to cast it on our TV. They have lost another star for me as I have tried a few different ways to get in contact about it not casting, and can it be fixed, but emails come back rejected.
