Way too slow. Jumping back and forth always brings me back to the initial screen so I have to start over. Offers limited information or incorrect regarding limits so I always have to call and wait for a long time to confirm so I don't get screwed up at the end. What's the point having an app if you don't offer clarity and transparency of information. This is an app for INSURANCE!!

Terrible app, rarely ever works, constantly logs you out or freezes. It's an absolute embarrassment that my work uses this terrible company and their incompetent app

over 9k reviews and an avg of 1.6...not good at all. but what do they care, they have a monopoly. the app is clunky. I've tried to enter a dental claim 4 times and always errors when I'm like 80% done...you know, after entering the provider info, date, codes, fees. for heavens sake, for the date at least have a calendar you can click.
