About this app

ASIFlex Self Service mobile application allows you as an ASIFlex participant to sign in to your account.

The mobile application is designed to allow you to file a new claim or complete unfinished claim(s). You can attach documentation to your claim simply by taking a picture with your smartphone or tablet or choosing an existing picture from your gallery.

You can also view information regarding your account(s) including:

• Your annual election amount(s);
• The remaining balance in your account(s);
• Payments from and contributions to your account(s);
• Previously submitted claims;
• Unfinished claims; and
• Other activity on your account.

I do like the clean interface, but it isn't worth the inconvenience of not being able to upload receipts. it even says in their IRS letter that I can upload receipts in the app, but there's no reply to the letter, and I can't upload a pdf as I can on the website... need an awkward photo or screenshot. also, it won't remember my credentials, & it was kind of hard to find after installing. why isn't the app named "asiflex self service" as it is in the store?

App is minimal, not much information available on app. Service is terrible with this company. If you're HR shopping around I'd choose a different vendor. They make it difficult for employees to use the flex card & argue when multiple receipts have been provided. I never had issues until we switched to ASI as our vendor. I've had money withheld for 6 months of payroll, the year is almost over, and ASI still won't release the funds. What good is the tax free incentive when ASI makes it difficult.

This app is useless. When attempting to login, I'm told that I have the wrong username and get asked security questions that I never set up ("What is your oldest child's name?" Me: I don't even have kids). Keep in mind that I'm using the same credentials that I use on their website. There is a reason this app has such a low rating. If you have to submit paperwork, don't even bother downloading this and go straight to the fax machine (why are they still using such outdated technology?).
