1. 30 minutes guarantee took 45 minutes, embarassed guests, pizza got cold. 2. Applied for a coupon, then cancelled transaction, then tried to apply coupon again and the coupon was not available. Overall, not really satisfied with the first service! 3. Can't even delete my account! 4. Spams my notification and I miss the important ones. This should be opt-in, not opt-out.

Worst experience. The app is so buggy when you want to refund your late order. They manipulate your delivery time so that they can get away from their 30 min delivery promise. I got my order 30 minute late from delivery time and contacted their store manager. The store manager fake promised to refund my amount and late i found that they changed the delivery time of the order. Worst. Service. Ever.
