Ratings and reviews

Accessibility function is necessary for people with disabilities. Please give option to bypass warnings and not force-user to turn off accessibility and developer. I users with certain disabilities to use some of these functions. And developer option is required to use Force dark mode on all apps. This is important to people who cannot look at bright white light.

My daughter use my phone to download another app (popo) just like Tiktok and ttb block my account. Even when I have deleted the popo app I still can't get into my account even after visiting the bank. They asked me to go and format my phone. I asked them if they thought their bank was the only bank I used. So sad.

Very disappointing at first. Rejects the personal information the Thanachart bank has had on file for over a decade. Can't even get started and I need to transfer money. However, it seems this is due to the shambolic merger of the two banks rather than the app itself. After three visits to the bank I got access to my accounts and the app is not bad at all. A plus is it shows the details of the old Thanachart accounts and account interest rates, a minus is the slightly confusing transfer process between accounts. So far the app has been reliable for me.
