I've gone to verify my tickets, but everytime, it claims that my email that I bought the tickets with are not in their records. I've tried to email multiple times (given over a week) and no reply at all.

Cant find my tickets. Used the app and says cant find my tickets. Ticketmaster says no upcoming events. Cant contact anyone. BST app says unable to connect. Useless is an understatement and spent alot of money on 2 tickets.

Forcing me to access the wrong ticket account - you can buy tickets from more than one provider! Hopefully I can access them through my account elsewhere
