This app is completely terrible. Probably coded by a junior. No exception handling whatsoever. I created account with username and requiredly complicated password and the app remained mute. No confirmation nor any error message. When I try to log in sometimes I get the "wrong user or pass" and sometimes plain nothing. App remains mute. There is no account recovery through email option. Finally, when I went to the other sign in option that I purchased my tickets elsewhere It worked. LAME

Just signed up. New password etc....but I can never sign in, just the "oops" message. I'm flying all the way from Asia for this concert. Thanks for making us stressed for the next two weeks. Appalling service. Typical British mess of bad design. The app doesn't work...no tickets...it's very scary.

I know I'm old fashioned in that I prefer to be able to print my tix in advance... especially when travelling to a different country for an event. But the fact that there was NO option to save/print/screenshot is kind of amazing. Once there, the wifi was so bad it took forever to get the internet. Then they sent a TEXT msg to verify that it's me trying to access my tickets. I can't get texts in London on my US phone. LOL. Looking back the ridiculousness of it is amusing.. not so much at the time
