DO NOT USE! Use the AXS app instead for tickets Downloaded app for tickets, worked multiple times during the day but constantly broke when viewing tickets standing outside the O2, even after reinstalling and restarting. And why doesn't the O2 have an alternative way of getting in that worked for those people with issues?! There were loads of people with issues!! Why don't they have a kiosk with a working app where you could log in?!

Just looking at the app and already see there will be a problem if I dont have internet access as the tickets cannot be downloaded to the app!!! And they display only for one minute. I have always problem with internet at crowded places, which 20K concert will be! Screenshot cannot be taken. That's complete failure in design and the overengineered security to the point it puts everything to risk, internet is never granted.Even free and strong wifi at the entrance could fail.

Constantly crashes, dont bother with this. Needs major improvements. Shame because when it did work, it was good for tour information but you can get that from looking online anyway. Data drain.
