The pics are fuzzy. The playback is very slow loading, and I have the fastest wifi that is offered. I definitely would not purchase another Zosi product. Customer care responses aren't spoken in correct english, which let's you know they are not in the US. It may be better to use another brand or your local cable company. The positive side is that they have upgraded the app in the last few years.

Sound stop working in my app for over 2 weeks now. suport sucks.. I've tried reaching out and contacting the company and keep getting asked questions that have nothing to do with the app. They are no help whatsoever in solvingthe problem. The system has been on a decline for a long time now. I'm already looking at getting rid of this system for a new one from a different company. It's been working less and less, became more and more junk. I do not recommend it. Don't buy their products either.

Worst app ever. Constantly tells me system is offline when it is not. I've had nothing but problems with this app. I would give it less than one star if I could. Customer service doesn't help either. EDIT:: A year and a half later and it is still absolutely horrible, in fact I think it actually got worse. looking to upgrade my system soon and definitely NOT going with this brand ever again.
