Ratings and reviews

many glitches should have never been allowed out of beta in this condition. Won't allow more than 2 co-parents which means it is impossible to use as court ordered for grandparents who have custody. The text windows get covered by the keyboard in portrait orientation and the send arrow is covered by the back arrow in both orientations in Android. It makes very easy to loose a long typed memo just trying to hit the send arrow instead of back. If it wasn't court ordered I would not use this.

The calendar mainly used and it's a mess. Hard to read and know what's going on. When setting dates and times it does not work - you'll save, then view and see that times picked are not saved and randomly picked by the app. The weird connection between expenses and reimbursement - linked, but info must be populated twice . both contain conversation and attachments so details are lost between. Notification alert, but good luck finding as it may be hidden in the history tab of something unseen.

This app hasn't worked since the latest update. Tech support completely unhelpful. They advise you to uninstall, reinstall, clear cache etc. All things tried before even contacting support. No extra support given and no ability to live chat with an agent to resolve the issue. Now I am just waiting on a response while I am unable to access the app.
