Absolutely Horrible! So confusing when trying to make a claim. Then when you find where to go you get sent to a page that says "There was an internal service error." Website isn't any better either, always gets stuck on the upload of drivers license. How about we go back to going to the store and filing claims! That works so much better than a failing app and website. Have been on phone with customer service more times than I care to count.

Easy app to use and report claims. They only thing I don't like is when I can't find the option in looking for. Like when I tried to report a claim for my dashcam. It didn't show a dash cam option even though it's super to cover all my electronics with this service except for phones. They need to update this because I even purchased separate insurance for this dashcam with asurion and it still doesn't show it.

The app isn't great, the chat feature is ok, but finding a claim is very hard. When I filed a claim and explained to a T what was happening, when it happens and what I thought it was. I demonstrated what was wrong and sent the device in. You charged me 100 dollars to hold it for five days without any explanation what was going on ( Did not say how you tested the device) and said there was nothing wrong with it. I got the device back, tried it out and immediately could recreate the problem.
