Always tells me to check my credentials but won't log me in. The website on my pc is fine, sort of, but the app won't let me log in eventhough its the same password and has never changed. Get it right booker. They also call a lot with spam. Multiple times in a row. If you aren't going to give the app 100 percent, im not giving you my time anymore.

I hate this app... always buggy. Always kicking me out and reseting the login screen. Now I have to login everything again, account name, user name, and password. Makes it very inconvenient when I client is now waiting for you to log in again. Hopefully, you don't input anything incorrectly or you'll have to start all over. Not even a see password option to make sure you got it right. You would think because they get monthly income from the business they would continue to invest. Greedy

Ridiculous app, it will suddenly crash and always runs slow. Sometimes it will spin and spin and finally just log u out then erase your saved credentials so you have to type all of it in again, and many times it will still crash. Really terrible user experience. Also when booking anything other than 1 hour appointments it will sometimes only book book 1 hour instead of 30 mins or 90 mins, this is super inconvenient if you don't notice since it will mess up your schedule. I pay way too much !
