works decent. doesn't usually log me out for no reason like booker does. can be difficult to navigate the inner workings of profiles, schedules, services, etc. depending on how they are organized. have had some weird issues with not being able to clock in, not being able to edit the website on older apple devices, etc. was worse after recent updates, but still functions similarly.

While this is one of the better booking sites, it can be such a pain to use. It can be so slow at times, especially lately. An ongoing issue I've had has been with adjusting my schedule. Often times, when I make changes on the app, the system will open up my schedule automatically for 3-4 days randomly. I used to not notice until a client books and then I have to ask them to reschedule. Now, I get to be more active in catching this glitch.

Long story short: I hate this system. My boss switched to this for our salon booking and retail checkout and everyone has issues all the time. From the card reader being unable to read credit cards, to transactions loading and never finishing, it's ridiculous. Half the time our text reminders to clients never send and there isn't an option to manually send. Also service checkout is not user friendly and there are many steps before you can checkout. It has too many problems to mention.
