My provider is quick to ensure I'm getting my prescriptions on time. My issue is with the billing issues. I have a $30 copay, which gets deducted from my bank immediately after my appointment. Even though my invoices are paid in full, they keep duplicating the invoices and marking them unpaid. I've reached out to their customer service only to be told someone would reach out to me. Still waiting...

I strongly dislike the process in which they give notifications. They send you an immediate text when you miss an appointment but don't send any reminders. You have to log into the portal to see any personal messages sent to you by the provider. I was charged for a missed session, I was currently in an never recieved an update about getting a refund but you can bet they took the "missed" appointment payment. be aware even if your insurance says fully covered you'll still recieve a bill

The app is good and the therapists and providers aren't bad, but they're a little scammy in how they conduct business. For two months, I was getting meds and therapy through here, getting told "no invoice, no payment due" now, after two months, I get a bill for almost $500, where they billed a months worth of services all at once. Very bait and switch.
