I have had this coverage for years and even when it is a part that they cover they have found a way to deny the payment. I have only had 1 thing they have ever paid for besides the towing. This last one was almost $1500. Can't say I would recommend them. just put the money in an interest baring account and save it for repairs. At least then you know it is covered.

When I open the app, nothing shows except a white screen and it stayed white for 2 minutes!!! This has happened every time I've tried to open the app which was today and 3 months ago!!! The current version is installed as well!!! There's something obviously wrong with the app. I've read other users comments about having the same problem. I've had Carsheild for a few years now and fortunately I haven't had to use them except for 1 time with no big issues. Uninstall the app. Use the website.

Fix your account status! It's been showing me that my account is past due even though I always make payments on time. Once, I thought perhaps something happened and my autopay didn't go through, so I ended up paying twice and had to request a refund. I'm not sure why this is taking so long to fix, but I should not have to call in to ensure my account is active.
