Problematic app from a bad company. The app is unreliable in sending notifications when the laundry is done, but it loves to send me pointless notifications throughout the week. It would greatly benefit from some features like tracking and displaying peak use times, virtual queues, etc. The company refuses to fix their broken machines for weeks at a time and raised prices twice within the past 3 months (now nearly double what it was).

They need to add the ability to turn off any notifications that are unrelated to the actual laundry. I do not want reminders to top off my wallet when I have more than $5 in it already. I do not want notifications for free "gifts" that are actually just ads for unrelated services or apps. I just want to know when the laundry is done.

Guess they don't want my money. I went to reload and no matter what card I use, it declines. I started a new account and it worked to reload one time, then started having the same issue and wouldn't reload again. I don't want to have a half dozen accounts with this app, so they need to fix the issue. I sent an email, but no dice. I found a chat feature on the website by checking out the "terms" then hitting the menu then contact us. I'll try that next when they open at 8am CST
