I don't know what the developers did to this app, but it doesn't work at all since the last time I got an update. It's been not working almost all of 2023. I have to make my payments through a website that's not very mobile optimized. I used to be able to login, make my payment, and logout in under 5 minutes. Now, I try to login, fiddle with it for 15 minutes, just to realize it's utterly broken now, then go hunt down the payment portal online, and do it all over again. 0 stars.

For a least 2 months now I haven't been able to log in to see anything! It just continues scrolling until it times out which is extremely frustrating. The only way I know that I've received a payment is when I get the automated call. And now I've received a letter stating the increase in user fees for the card. One would think that y'all could get it together.

Getting annoyed! This app is hardly ever up to date. Right now I can't even log in it just stays on the log in page and it only tells you how much you were paid and the date but doesn't have any way to see your balance or see what was bought! Also, I'm so tired of having to call to get my balance and after only calling twice you then have to pay a certain amount each time you need to see how much money you have left! This is ridiculous 😒 🙄
