A lot of flaws There's no way to contact customer service representative. There's a lot of technical issues machine ate my money. There's no one to contact, no way of contacting anyone. It's not set up that if you put money in that you can link the machine to your app, your account somehow. So yeah, if something happens, there's no way of knowing it was, I don't know your information. Unless you deal with laundromat Customer service., the notifications don't work a lot.I want to refund

It's like a 50/50 shot if it'll work. Most of the time, I manage to get one washer going or sometimes none and then when I go to enter the machine number and it gives me an error code saying that machine can't be used. For every. Freaking. Machine. It's a really annoying bug. Would be 5 stars if not for that. They only ever do a $1 hold on my card.

The fact it places a $25 hold is something that needs to be more transparent within both the app and signage in the laundromat. App was easy to use and set up and getting the machines up and running wasn't terrible. But have multiple $25 charges is a bit much. I can see where this would be an issue for other people if funds were tight. Doubt I use the app again for this reason alone. Edit: just saw they charge a convenience fee as well that isn't disclosed when paying. This is just a rip off
