Very disappointing first experience. I downloaded this app because it showed a Buy One Get One Free offer. But when I placed my order, the conditions for the offer were not clearly displayed. As a new user, I assumed BOGO would apply automatically (like in other apps). Instead, I ended up paying ₹192 for just a single roll, which is unreasonably high. When I contacted support, they kept repeating the same rule (“you must add 2 items, coupon cancels BOGO”) instead of actually helping. I explaine

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using your app. The communication system between your delivery partners and customers is absolutely worthless. I had to track my order manually using the map and ended up going out to find the delivery partner myself,defeating the entire purpose of delivery. To make things worse, I was lured in by a "Buy One Get One" combo offer, only to receive just one item. This feels incredibly misleading and dishonest.

My order was cancelled because of an 'unexpected issue' with no explanation. sure, you guys sent me a message that you've initiated the refund process, but why was it cancelled? asking the bot for answers to a complex situation like this is obviously not possible. so, why can't you guys just provide an option to talk with an actual person to help in such situations?
