Update : it seems the app has lost connection with my device. —-------—-------------- The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

The app stopped working and won't connect to the device all of the sudden. Wondering if the update a few days ago broke it??? Very annoying as it usually works fine.... Will add stars back if this gets fixed... Update: It seems to be working again now. I have no idea what happened, as the internet and everything was fine. Hopefully it stays stable. Didn't reset it or anything, it seems to have fixed itself...

This app wifi/unit is getting worse by the day. As of today my AC unit is just turning itself on all day long. This is a HUGE problem. There is obviously some sort of communication issue between the app and the unit. There has to be a fix for this glitch soon?? It was bad enough that the wifi/app portion of this unit has been rendered useless (can't even turn it on/off), now I have no choice but to unplug my AC so it's not just randomly turning on all day whenever it wants- wasting electricity.
