Ratings and reviews

Atrociously slow. It was bad enough before these recent updates but now some things don't load at all even with a strong connection. I'm having to do constant reloads of layers on maps and of icons on the map etc. It was clunky and anger-inducing to work with but now it's bordering on unusable. If it wasn't a requirement of my work to use this I'd uninstall it in a heartbeat.

Literally the worst work related app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Constant glitches and crashing, horrible interface, and the need to utilise other apps to complete work make this an absolute nightmare. Consider using absolutely anything else.

After update, all previously working and loaded map packages now will not open and say that they are not set for "anonymous" use. Without any warning, the ArcGIS Publisher extension is now required to load map packages without signing into an ArcGIS Online account. Unacceptable to have an update like this without a warning.
