I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with eSewa. Transactions keep getting stuck in “pending” again and again, even when my account is verified and balance is sufficient. This has been happening for weeks, and each time it wastes hours while I wait for the money to clear. Customer support responses are slow and generic, offering no real solution. For a service that advertises instant digital payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.

Dear esewa, Why do I have to enable my location to use this financial app? when I am in hurry to pay for something, the annoying enable the location prompt displays and takes ages to load the app even after enabling the location. also it does not work when I try to pay connected to wifi but works fine when I enable the data. switching to other apps !!!!!
