I'm very impressed with this little portable printer. It's definitely come in handy. Whether it's printing labels for boxes or for storage. Or printing scannable labels for my work. It's easy to operate and the app itself is very easy to understand and navigate. All in all a great portable printer. And the labels don't get messed up when you tear them off the printer. Or peel them from the backing to attach to your project.

Overall, a good gadget. Good choice of fonts; the app is intuitive and available options are easy to grasp. The ink fades only if used near damp areas (like a postbox), near heat (I labelled our plugs), or if it gets friction (like school books going in and out of a bag). My biggest problem with the Niimbot is the noise when turning the hardware on or off; it is unpleasantly shrill and loud. If you can fix that, let me know!

I used it for a little a couple of months ago, and it was fine. Using the app is needed to use the printer, and you have to give the app permission to access everything on your phone; feels invasive. The app has been updated, and now it requires you to sign up for an account if you want to save any of your labels (not required previously), and it seems like the printing quality has gotten worse. If you try and download the older version, the play store has it flagged for tracking.
