Bad app. I tried creating a new account with a new email address and password, and I keep getting too many error messages saying that they have trouble putting in my information, and they treat me like a stranger from Nigeria or something. This app is nothing but a scam. Went back to Amazon for my online shopping needs. Stay away from this otherwise hacked app!

Coupon does not work in app. When you place your order and apply the code, it shows the code has been applied. When you finalize the order, the discount is missing. This has been happening all year long. Each time I call customer service to fix, they act like this is a new issue. They say that they will submit it to IT. It still isn't working. Today, CS said its basically my problem. Wow!!

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.
