Like others, I can't even open the app. It tells me there's an update and takes me to the Play Store. If I go back to the app, there's just a red loading dot at the bottom of the screen. I had no problems with the previous app and I have no idea why they would create a new app in the store instead of making an update for the existing one. Edit: five years later it's been fixed.

The app force quits every single time I click "profile" in the lower right. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It acts the same. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing. App refuses to stay open if I click "profile" (which is a required feature to be able to view your reward points!!) Also, every time I open the app I'm immediately bombarded with permission requests and errors. Absolute joke of an app that they seemingly won't fix looking at all the other reviews

app keeps crashing upon pushing opening, if it doesn't crash immediately it crashed when you try to leave the main home page the app opens too. been like that over a week now, can't access my tickets. Marcus doesn't seem to care judging from the other current reviews. no app update available, phone (samsung s24 ultra) is up to date, un-installed she reinstalled the app, still experiencing the same issue. no more buying tickets early for me if the app isn't working in time for my next movie
