• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

This app is so efficient and reliable. It was a bit of a hassle installing and initializing it the first time, as I had to go to the bank to sort out some login issues. Since then, it has been working really well. Having used it for sometime now, I must confess about the downtimes. May be related to network problems, but there are times when the app could be a real disappointment especially the weekends. So watch out!

So far so good. However, airtime beneficiaries do not save so you have to type the number every single time. I hope that will be fixed in the new update. Apart from that is the fact that it stops opening every month ending or beginning of the new month, I quite understand the traffic at the time but I also believe you can do better. Thanks

This bad network is really frustrating me.. and the most annoying part of it is that after updating my account everything automatically changed which am finding it difficult to operate. Have recharge airtime More than 6 times and I was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful.
