Used to be ok. Now chase travel just straight up doesn't work on the app. Every time you try to click on book a hotel or flight nothing happens or loads. Have tried clearing the cache. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Weird for such a major operation to have an app that just doesn't work at all. Hopefully they figure it out eventually

I love Chase, but the recent updates to the mobile app are HORRIBLE!!!! The new color scheme is fine until you try to view the spending summary, then the transaction is barely readable with the dark blue on blue color. Categories no longer work, you can try to change it on a transaction 100 times and it still reverts back to the default one. Track spending by category, completely inaccurate. Also, all my notes I previously added to several transactions = gone!! Worst update they've ever had!

The app was decent, if a bit confusing with so much crammed into it, had an issue with the credit score and the app not working on my phone... Thought it was behind me but then Chase doubled up on ads and now it's just a collection of chase offers and services, with unwanted ads and offers popping up every time I turn it on, offering credit cards, financial services, etc. I hate it.
