This app was very good before. It's now bloated with useless features, becoming less of a useful tool. It's now filled with distracting ads for other services from Chase, credits cards, mortgages, investments, etc. User experience: navigating it has become more complicated over time than it has to be. Everything is buried in layers of menus and tabs, back forward, back forward. Keep everything, settings in one page. Developers have nothing better to do but keep messing around with the UI.

Intuitive interface and full mobile banking options. At first, I couldn't find certain tasks like Zelle and Transaction History but once I learned to look at the bottom of the screen, it became easy to accomplish almost everything from my phone. Still need a desktop interface to dispute a transaction or a few other things but those tasks are less often used in my experience. Recommend.

Overall good experience. The stock accounts don't seem laymen friendly. It's difficult to trade without putting in a bunch of options instead of just buy sell. Can do just about anything on the app and the bot help chat isn't too bad. Online deposits are quick and transferring to outside accounts is quick if you got em linked right. Takes a few days to link but it's worth it in the end if you transfer money to the same accounts often. I like the free credit report and the detail is goes into.
