I can't access to my account even after input my password user I'd. Every time it shows me that service unavailable. Second time I want to log in through another device. Then it showed me that device info, user name, password all are incorrect. Now tell me what to do. It is really disappointing.

I have been using this app since 2018. However, in recent days, the design quality has significantly declined, and the overall functionality has become very poor. From my perspective, the app urgently needs to include FDR and DPS options. Nowadays, people are too busy to visit a bank branch to open or manage FDR or DPS accounts. Without these features, customers may choose to shift to other banks such as BRAC or DBBL, which already offer these convenient services.

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) iBanking App is a secure and user-friendly mobile banking application that allows customers to access their bank accounts anytime, anywhere. Through this app, users can check account balances, view transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, pay utility bills, recharge mobile phones, and make online payments easily.
