Ratings and reviews

Decent enough app -- does what it needs to do. One thing I'd like to see change is to have parts of the app that can operate offline. My phone is bad, so often if I don't have data connection I dont know of its because I dont have coverage or I ran out of MB or whatever. And I can't open the app to see what's wrong. Also, my app is in English, why aren't the text alerts and offers sent to me in English as well?

Horrible... The only use of the use is to check the remaining data and other services you have. If you want to pay, it will redirect you to your browser and from there you will have to make fill passwords or sms sent code... And the best part is that even if your bill is displayed on the app, it is NOT the sum of your bill but the bill from the current month... It's a disgrace as a service this app...

Certain functions of the app are highly buggy. The developer ignores the email sent to the email address he/she suggests. No answer whatsoever.
