This app works most of the time with minimal issues. If I use it to check in to my clinic and then watch YouTube or make a phone call while I wait in line after I go back to the app it will not bring up the same info i had before. I'll have to hit the 'check in' or 'queue wait time' button again to bring back my info. Slightly annoying.. otherwise it's a good app and it's easy to bypass the location requirements for some clinics.

This is probably the worst system I have ever experienced. I've been going to the quad county clinic for over a year and everytime I come, I leave within 10 minutes. With this new system, it takes an hour or more and the building is always full of people who also can barely hear the voice that calls out the numbers.. you cannot hear the voice , you cannot see the numbers on the screen at all. They're too small to read.thr estimated time on the app is WAY off. Terrible system. Hate it.

Great job and it works. The app is free and it saves a lot of time and allows us to check in ourselves as soon as we're within 175 feet of the dosing window so it is fair. The only down side to the app is the people who don't use the app have to check in with receptionist which sometimes takes longer and they complain and some of the receptionist's even complain too when they should be glad that it helps move the line faster.
