Ratings and reviews

This app, along with the website, is frustrating to use. Getting consistently logged out of my account, my phone number area code keeps changing its location on its own without me editing, unable to properly track my booking on the app (consistently trying to load under manage booking and doesn't even show up on the home page for how many days left till my trip). Having to deal with these issues makes me not like booking with PAL, but it's my only option for the location I need to book for... ☹

Stateside user here. The app is frustrating. It often fails to log in and doesn't send the onetime security code. I end up using the website on my laptop, but this won't work when I travel through airports, especially to the Philippines. To those responding: only reply with tangible solutions. Have you fixed the security code issue or the bug asking for an email to add to the calendar? I need real improvements, not empty reassurances.

The "Pay Now" button is not working. I'm clicking the "Pay Now" button multiple times...and it's just not doing anything. The most important part of business is payment. But it's not working on your app. I spent an hour or more choosing flights, putting in info, and choosing seats, and now I can't move on to pay? Now must close the app to start over. Huh? Hello Developers? I may have to choose another airline. This is a waste of time and too risky.
