Ratings and reviews

Indigo parking is a scam. I booked a parking spot in advance, when I reached the location, the parking mentioned in the location is a private enclosure, only residents are allowed to get in. I reached out to the helpline mentioned in the webpage, it's of no use. Out of frustration I had to park my car somewhere else for additional cost. Few days later I called out their helpline to issue a refund, they said they will forward the request to the team for process. Till now no progress.

All of the signage explicitly stated that neither the app or an account were required. I needed both. I had to re-enter my credit card information multiple times before the app recognized it as valid. What should have been a 2 minute exercise devolved into a frustrating half hour of fiddling with phone settings and fighting with indigoneo. Easily the worst parking app I have used so far.

Spent 20 minutes standing in front of the signs - no option to register without downloading the app, then finally find the lot i'm in only to be prompted with "parking location manager inactive" - after finally getting to my lot by manually entering the lot ID, I'm forced to make an account and then add vehicle, payment method - long process and poor user experience. There were another 3 couples trying to register getting hit with the same issues - one if them gave up
