I've used this app for years. All of a sudden it tells me my password is invalid (multiple attempts) I can get in on my desk top but not the app. Very disappointing as I have 3 accounts with them and transfer money often. So inconvenient when you can't get into your own account on the go.

The app does what it should... Most of the time. My only real complaint is the constant harrassment to use biometric security. Biometrics will ONLY accept fingerprints. And fingerprint recognition NEVER works. Once enabled, you have no option to enter your password. I had to call the bank to get the issue resolved. This app has no settings option to disable the notification. Screen based fingerprint recognition has never been reliable. Get a clue PBT. Stop demanding biometrics.

This app doesn't let you log in tells you you have the wrong password when you don't I don't know what needs to be done but it gets very old and very frustrating I really think of changing banks just because of your app hopefully hopefully somebody sees this and will fix it to where it works properly for its customers. I have already uninstalled and re installed the app a million times the way the bank so nicely tells us to do so and then it still doesn't work.
