I've had a few minor issues that were sorted out pretty quick.! My only issue is you cannot talk to anyone by phone 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ everything is done by email which can be very frustrating at times, and the way they take a fee just for transfers etc.! Had the account approx 3 years, will be looking at other accounts very soon.!

Pockit is an amazing banking app they are very helpful and their customer service is very good. They also have a weekly sweepstake how great is that! Ive been with pockit for just over 2 years and have no complaints at all. Thank you so much to the whole of the pockit team and i look forward to using your services for a long time.

To be honest apart from 1 technical problem, I have never had a problem with this app or service and to be fair they have sorted it quite quickly. I don't think this gets enough credit, it's dramatically helped my credit rating, it's really helped get my life back on track. It's so simple to use, and okay they charge a fee which they do explain very clearly but that's how they make money. The banks do worse, so I'm very happy to have found this service!
