To use the PowerSchool Mobile app, your district must be running the PowerSchool Student Information System. If your district uses a different SIS, suggest they switch to PowerSchool!

• The school district running the latest supported PowerSchool SIS version
• The school district has enabled mobile access
• A wireless connection or mobile data plan
• Users must consent to receive push notifications when connecting to servers outside of the United States

Ratings and reviews

App is very slow to update; even when you get notifications that the grades have changed, the old grades are still displayed in the app. Tech support stinks. After the last update, I have been getting "unable to connect to the server" errors. Tech support insists that this must be the school districts issue, although access is fine through any browser and on other devices, and the school system says the issue is with the app. 👎🏻

Really simple app. Have to log out and log back in to refresh grades. Push notifications work fine though. Used to work fine on LG phone (Android 8.1.0, 2020), beginning of school year this year on Samsung didn't load (Android 10, 2021), works fine now (Android 11, 2022). Thank you powerschool for providing this app. Edit: Upped to 4 stars from 3 (July 2024), they fixed the logout issue and now I don't have to log out and log back in to refresh.

Update: its 07/2024 and still nothing but conatant issues. This app is trash. The concept is great if it reliably worked. Push notifications never work, randomly logs me out, can't adjust settings (need to log on with PC to do so), and just overall cumbersome. Hopefully they are taking these reviews into consideration for thier updates.
