When I first got this app years ago it worked perfectly fine with no problems at all until recently when I would put in my username and password and it would say invalid even though I am using the right one. Due to this inconvenience of this app, I can not turn in assignments like my teachers would like them to be. I and so many other people would gladly appreciate if this bug in this app would get resolved so we can continue to do our work. Thank you.

The website is fine, but the app is difficult to use. Selecting a notification from the android notification area doesnt load the application, it clears the notification. On the my children section, when selecting my courses the list wont scroll so I can only see the first 2 courses. Selecting a course takes me to a non-mobile layout. Courses are scrollable here. Using the android back button closes the app rather than returning me to the previous screen. 3 years later. Same nonsense.

Last night, I was looking through my inbox and found an important message that one of my teachers sent me. The app didn't send me a notification even though I turned on notifications. Things could have been really bad if I didn't find that message. Update: Zoom crashed earlier and there wasn't enough time to log back in. When I tried to send my teacher a message to let him know, the system rejected the message because of an "invalid recipient name". I spelled it right. What a useful app. 🙄
