I had a hard time getting paid to PayPal on my 1st attempt. It took around 3-4 weeks, and several requests for assistance. Since then all payments have taken the time the app states. Some of the different parts you need to use the app are giving me trouble to get and use, like the swagbutton; it has taken me a few requests contacting help for this issue also, (although I have gotten responses) I am still waiting to get help with it. App pays well and has many different ways to make $$ though.

Surveys can be rewarding. However, there is room for improvement. Some surveys are too long or don't reward enough points, or both. The app is often glitchy and keeps loading. If I hit the back arrow on accident, I have no way of going back in a survey or no record of starting it. Sometimes the screenings are so long that I thought I was taking a survey, only to get disqualified. Or I'll be close to finishing a survey, only to get an error message. Can't attach an image for tickets in the app.

Works well most of the time, and occasionally offers some location-based and/or location-triggered surveys. Otherwise not too different from the surveys offered from the Swagbucks website. Update: over there past year of use, I've had a significant number of surveys that crashed because they tried to load something that was incompatible with the app.
