I have a competitors frame that won't even let you simply set hours to turn the screen off. And they limit your photos trying to persuade you into buying a subscription. Not Aura. Unlimited photos, set your screen to turn off for the night, no problem. Plus an Aura frame I've had for a couple of years had a power supply go bad and they sent me a new one for free. There's not many companies like this left in the world folks. Highly recommend!

Buggy software for a badly-designed product. I often want to reposition/crop photos in the app. However, very often when I tap on a photo a *different* photo comes up in the next screen for repositioning. It seems very random, and prevents me from repositioning the photo that I want to edit. Because the form factor of the screen does not correspond to the vertical format of most photos taken with my phone, I should at least be able to edit the photos as intended.

This has been a really fun way to share with our more distant family. It started as a gift for folks who "don't need anything", and it's been a really nice ongoing way to share pics of us or cool things we've seen. I do wish the app had a dark mode; the glare can be a lot when using it at night. Other than that, though, it's been very easy to use and the capacity has been great!
