Is pretty great at notifying you when you're past due but suspiciously fails to notify you when your payment is due on a particular day despite settings. It will tell you like 1-2 weeks in advance you have a payment due but not that it's due today. Also likes to change the due date on you so you can't plan monthly. Just set it on autopay and cross your fingers I guess. Half a billion per year company. Guess that's how they get it. Fast ones.

The app overall is pretty good! My issue is with "Enphase" account within the Reliant app. Within the Reliant App, is the selection for syncing your Enphase Account. My Enphase account has been synced for a long time. Yet, multiple times each week, I sign into my Reliant app, and I'm told "your Enphase account is not synced, please add your Enphase account". Again, this happens about twice a week. Why does Reliant keep separating my Enphase account? Can someone please help? Thank you!

I have been with Reliant for 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I recently moved and they transferred my service with no issues. Every time I call customer service they are always professional and knowledgeable about their products but beyond that they are friendly and very helpful with all my questions. I just renewed for another 3 years. That said, the app needs work. Sometimes it won't load completely and I have to go to the website 😕 That's why the 4 star rating.
