Ratings and reviews

Robinhood is a good brokerage app for newbies. They are sticklers when it comes to spreads but all in all a good experience so far. Their support is good, not great, but good enough, so far. Update: Been using RH now for 10 months, I really like the option trade flexibility, ease of access to proxy voting, and their help/service has vastly improved.

I wish the app allowed for slightly more personalization, especially the portfolio graph and having values displayed so the range is apparent. It's deceiving to have only $20 in volatility but it look like you had a huge loss/gain. Love the round up on the spending account, but I should be able to customize the roundup. I'd prefer ever purchase round to the nearest $5 instead of $1 so I'm actually buying a decent amount of stock with the roundup, but it can only round to the nearest $1.

Robinhood is great but the app is slow, unresponsive, has a lot of glitches, and freezes a lot. It is difficult to get trades into the app in an efficient and timely manner due to the app constantly freezing over and over again. This all started after the last update.
