Ratings and reviews

The BUTTONS on the homescreen work, "apply now" opens the Web browser inside the app, "phone number" for login brings up the cursor but not the keyboard! I've read this is issue has not been fixed for a looong time. Personally I'd like to stay in the SafeLink app itself, and also, it would be easier to just stay logged in on the app or just enter my phone number, ONE STEP! Please try to fix that phone number button soon. Thank you -Eric

This app deserves a 0 star rating. It worked for a few weeks when it was originally released but now it is completely useless. Entering your phone number to log in doesn't pop up the keyboard and entering it manually through a bluetooth keyboard (or any other method) is futile. It will either lock up or send you to a page that just says "text". Don't bother with this app, and don't bother with Safelink. Edit: It's been almost a full year and it STILL doesn't work.

This review is purely for the app and not the rest of Safelink service. I have been unable to use this app, I have tried installing it on 3 different devices. 2 out of 3 of the devices it doesn't even have the keyboard load so that I can enter the necessary phone number to log in. The one that I could get the keyboard to load for and finally authenticate my phone number it just came up with a white screen with the word text in tiny print in the upper left corner and stayed that way.
