I've had a Shaw's account for 5+ years and all of a sudden, when I try to log in, it says, "sorry we're having technical difficulties". and when I try to make a new account, "you don't have permission to request this action". I'm getting the same exact error messages on mobile and on browser, on multiple devices. it's been MONTHS since I could log in!! so I guess I'll finally delete the app since nobody wants to fix the issue or help me out. Hannaford Rewards works just fine ☺️

It was working fine, then the app updated once and suddenly nothing loads. I can't search for anything in the search bar, can't shop manually by selecting categories, and can't place my orders without technical difficulties constantly. My last order I went to go pickup and the app got stuck in the "review your items" screen. I had to call the store to let them know I was there. I tried reinstalling and various other fixes, nothing works. I like Shaws, but this app sucks now.

I don't understand why platforms like this allow for multiple orders to be picked up by the same driver. I watch my perishable items make a journey around the town before it comes to me making frozen items thawed out and cold items hot. The store I make purchases through is literally 15 minutes down the street, and I don't get my delivery for close to an hour some times more after it shows"out for delivery"
