double check your receipts at the store: even if you used the app to load their digital coupons, they aren't always applied. the app works fine for the store, but for me it's just a huge waste of time to make sure I get the advertised specials. clicking the Clip All Coupons in the weekly email does NOT clip all coupons so I still have to go through and click all the relevant ones . much easier to shop at Market Basket where I get all the advertised specials without all this effort...

Search for individual items does not work consistently. in order to place an order for delivery you have to go through past orders to find items or product categories. Very frustrating. Occasionally it does work. But usually you get a message saying "Service Error: Our apologies we are having trouble with our system. Please dismiss this message and try again, or contact us if the issue persists" same problem on their website.

When the new update was rolled out, it left my app 100% useless with a blank screen. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling it, and it finally worked, but the low score is because there should have been better communication when the new app was rolled out. Thankfully, I won't be using very much since tech issues have cost Star their #1 delivery slot for me.
