Ratings and reviews

The app itself is easy to use, but support is terrible. Every time I send a message, it takes about five days to get a reply. If I respond to their message, the same long wait starts again, with no real follow-up. They read the messages but don’t answer promptly. This feels very disrespectful to users. I do not recommend this app.

I can't login anymore. It claims my 2fa code is incorrect. That is simply not true. There doesn't seem to be much serious support for issues. It keeps pushing an AI "agent" that is not an acceptable choice when blocked from accessing my own money.

it's a little janky on less powerful devices but works well for what it is. be careful buying or sending during high volume traffic parts of the day or week. it doesn't quite warn you that we'll of how high the gas fees get during primetime. works great and is easy to exchange cryptos especially for newbies to it
