Process is pretty easy once there's an opening. I waited about 3-4 months. When I was finally accepted, the company that does the background (specifically driver info), they found an issue with my registration, no accidents or anything. So, I provided them with information that I had just renewed. Shipt still decided to say nevermind we don't want you. Very disappointed as far as that goes.

New, usually different set of problems every update. Still have to restart phone when accidentally closing app while in use. Message system often stops delivering messages mid shop. Support is hit or miss. All the other usual glitches; lagging, loading, scaning, and so forth. Usually get a new phone a year for the last 6 years, had the same issues on each phone.

5 stars for Shipt shopping and most of the customers. 4 stars and waning for Shipt customer service. 0 stars for the Shipt app. Absolutely worst app that I have ever used ever. Constantly locks up, doesn't work, has glitches, slow, and doesn't work. Constant issues. Every. Single. Day. Multiple times. All. Day. Long. Have to constantly force it close, reboot, uninstall and reinstall. All of the time. The app is horrendous.
