Shopee is collaborating with PT Lentera Dana Nusantara to offer a cash loan service called SPinjam. Selected Shopee users can apply for a cash loan through the Shopee application. SPinjam by PT Lentera Dana Nusantara has been registered and supervised by OJK (Financial Services Authority). Some of the advantages of SPinjam are as follows:

I don't know where to start. First the app is horribly build. It tends to lag and completely stop working after being in it for 10+ minutes, sometimes the search is buggy and doesn't show any results. Then once I had a problem with a shipment, as one item was missing and I raised a case, which was then closed by shopee and still I didn't get a refund from them. So they basically stole my money. I tried to contact them, but the only answer that I get is, that they send the concern to someone...

it is soo annoying when I wait for flash sale in 00:00, the system suddenly lagging, and then after some seconds, some things that I want always run out. i don't know why but my internet is fine, just the shopee system that always lagging. the winner is always an shopee admin or people who have much better phone.

Been using this app for few years. Lately (cannot recall when this start though) they lock the seller pictures so that I could not zoom in anymore. This is stupid... Seller pictures are sometimes too small, we need to zoom in to read the photo detail of the products.. With you locking the pictures, do you want buyers to buy stuff blindly and if there's issue then return it? Once again stupid decision... Check your biggest competitor, the 'green store', they allow us to zoom in seller pictures..
